Havoc Rover Build or Pass?
Havoc Rover is one of the strongest 5-Stars especially that he is FREE to get after completing the Main Quest. The Havoc Main Character is stronger than Spectre in Wuthering Waves.
How to Get Havoc Rover?
Havoc Rover is a free character that can be unlocked after completing the Main Quest called Grand Warstorm in Act 6. This Quest unlocks at Union Level 21.
You can Switch from Spectro to Havoc in the Resonator Menu.

Best Sonata Effects for Havoc Rover
Recommended Sonata Set for Havoc Rover: Sun-Sinking Eclipe (5-pc)
Sun-sinking Eclipse is the best Havoc set for a Havoc Main-DPS. 2-pc set gives Havoc DMG +10% and the 5-pc set increases the Havoc DMG +7.5% after releasing Basic Attack or Heavy Attack. This effect stacks up to 4 times, each stack lasts 15s.
Recommended Main Echo for Havoc Rover: Dreamless — AoE DMG + Rover’s Ultimate buffs it’s DMG.
One of the strongest burst damage Echoes in the game that also generates a sizeable chunk of Resonance Energy. What makes this Echo strong is that its damage is delivered in a massive 360 degree area around the target it fixates on and is immediately swap cancellable the second it's used with 0 downsides. When using this Echo, always use it and immediately switch out so it deals it's damage and finishes its animation while the caster of the Echo is off the field. Due to this fact this Echo is normally used outside of characters burst windows.
Recommended Endgame Stats for Havoc Rover
*Important — CRIT DMG shows 150% and Energy Regen shows 100% when you check in-game. The recommended stats below show how much on top of it you need to get.
ATK: 2000 or more
HP: 15000 or more
DEF: 1100 or more
HAVOC DMG%: 60% or more
CRIT RATE%: 70%+ or 1/2 ratio with C.DMG
CRIT DMG% 100% or more
Energy Regeneration: 0-20%
How much energy regeneration you'll want on your S2+ Havoc Rover will depend on how you intend to play them. The longer you keep Rover on the field during their Umbra State, basic attacking the less energy regeneration you'll need.
If you intend to play Havoc Rover as a Hyper Carry or have them on-field during Umbra for 2 or more full basic attack sequences you can get away with 0 - 10% Energy regeneration and have access to your ultimate during each Umbra burst window when played correctly.
If you plan to play Havoc Rover as a Quick Swap damage dealer completing 1 or 0 full basic attack sequences during Umbra we recommend 10 - 20% Energy Regeneration.
It should be noted in all playstyles of Havoc Rover energy regeneration is never undesirable as their Ultimate has a fairly short cooldown and is always an excellent on-demand nuke so gaining access to it faster is never a bad thing - just a lesser priority than damage-focused stats.

In this team comp Sanshua increases Rover’s Basic ATK. and Baizhi is the Healer. Baizhi can be swapped with other Healer/Supports such as Verina or Jianxin.
Gameplay
Sanhua starts the battle and charges the Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up. She should try and deal as much damage as possible with her ice structures.
Once the Rover is fully charged, you can switch to them to use their Intro Skill. Switching from Sanhua to the Rover will have their Basic ATK DMG Amplified so that they can deal more damage in their Dark Surge state.
Continuously attack enemies using the Rover's Basic Attack, making sure to avoid attacks thrown by the enemies. Once fully charged, use the Rover's Resonance Liberation and deal a lot of DMG with their kit. If available, follow up Rover's Resonance Liberation with the Dreamless Echo ability.
Switch to Sanhua again once the Concerto Energy has fully charged up. If you need healing, switch to Baizhi and use their healing skill for a quick heal.5Repeat the steps until the enemies are felled.

This team comp relies on the buffs from Verina and Danjin. Verina provides healing and ATK buffs to the entire party while Danjin's Outro Skill provides a 23% Havoc DMG Deepen for 14s to the Rover.
*Note: There are enemies immune to certain elements. Havoc Prism is immune to Havoc DMG.
Gameplay
Verina starts the battle and charges the Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up.
Once Danjin is fully charged, switch to her. Verina's Outro Skill will increase his ATK and provide the entire party with an All-Type DMG Deepen buff.
Keep attacking the enemies with Danjin until her Forte Circuit gauge is full. Then, activate Danjin's charged Heavy Attack. Finally, switch to the Rover when the Concerto Energy is full. Doing this increases the Rover's Havoc DMG.
Charge the Rover's Forte Circuit gauge so they can enter the Dark Surge state and do their combos.
Switch back to Danjin for her to also deal damage. Alternatively, switch to Verina if the team needs healing!
Repeat the steps until enemies are defeated.

How to Play Havoc Rover
Charge Rover (Havoc)'s Forte to Enter the Dark Surge State
The only way for Rover (Havoc) to enter the Dark Surge state is to stack Umbra points. In other words, you need Rover (Havoc)'s Forte Circuit gauge to be fully charged.
Abilities That Provides Umbra Points:
Basic Attack—(5 Consecutive Attacks) 13 Bars
Heavy Attack—(HA → BA4 → BA5) 11 Bars
Mid-air Attack—4.5 Bars
Dodge Counter—5 Bars
Resonance Skill—(Normal Form)17 bars
Intro Skill—12.5 bars
Rover (Havoc)'s gauge has total of 41 bars to fill up. Their Resonance Skill in normal form provides the most Umbra and does not need to hit an enemy to earn Umbra.
Havoc Rover Mechanics
Enter the Dark Surge State to Deal More Damage
To enter Rover (Havoc)'s Dark Surge state, use Heavy Attack: Devastation when the Forte Circuit gauge is full. This can be done by long pressing the Basic Attack button.
Maximize Damage in the Dark Surge
In the Dark Surge state, all of the Rover (Havoc)'s normal attacks and Resonance Skill will be enhanced. Your goal during the state is to land as many combos as possible. Note that you can extend the Dark Surge state using your Resonance Skill.
Cast Rover (Havoc)'s Ultimate to Deal Burst Damage
The damage of Rover (Havoc)'s ultimate is not affected by their Forte Circuit. This means that their Resonance Liberation does not have an enhanced variation. So, you can use Rover (Havoc)'s Ultimate whenever it is available!
Use Dreamless Echo Ability After
The Dreamless Echo ability deals more damage during the first 50 seconds after Rover (Havoc) casts their ultimate. So if it is available to use, follow up Rover (Havoc)'s ultimate with it!
Havoc Rover Combos
Switch-in Rover (Havoc) Combo
Combo: Intro Skill → Mid-air → Attack Res. Skill → Echo
The best way to start Rover's turn on the field is to use their Resonance Skill right away to gain a huge chunk of Umbra points from the get-go. You also want to use your Echo's ability right after casting the Resonance Skill.
Easy Normal Form Combo
Combo: Heavy Attack → BA4 → BA5 → Heavy Attack: Devastation (if Forte gauge is full)
If you successfully landed the Switch-in Combo above, follow it up with a Heavy Attack and then two Basic Attacks. If the Forte Circuit gauge is already full, use Heavy Attack: Devastation.
Easy Dark Surge Combo
Combo: BA1 → BA2 → BA3 → BA4 → BA5 → Res. Skill
The combo that you need to execute during the Dark Surge state is pretty simple. You just have to land Rover (Havoc)'s full Basic Attack chain. Then, use your Resonance Skill when the state is about to end to extend it for a bit.
Ultimate to Echo Combo
Combo: Res. Liberation → Echo
When the Dreamless Echo ability's cooldown refreshes after using it during the Switch-in combo, only use it after activating Rover (Havoc)'s ultimate in order to maximize the Dreamless' damage.
You can sneak in this combo after doing any of the combos above.
*Note: the DMG buff only applies to Dreamless. Other Echoes don't have this unique ability!
