Asus Rog Phone 6 gets a 'Diablo Immortal Edition' for the Best Game of the Year
Diablo Immortal, Blizzard’s mobile action-RPG, has now earned over $300 million in revenue.
Despite negative gamer sentiment, due to the fact that players can spend real money to increase their power. Diablo Immortal enjoyed the biggest launch of any game in the Diablo series with over 10 million downloads within the first month of release.
Diablo Immortal is a massively multiplayer online only game set between the events of Diablo II and Diablo III in the Diablo series. It is interesting that Diablo Immortal has enjoyed this much success even with all the negative criticism.
The Game Awards Mobile Game of the Year
Following up the Ladder of Success, Diablo Immortal has been nominated for “The Game Awards Mobile Game of the Year”
The nominations for 2022 are: Apex Legends, Diablo Immortal, Genshin Impact, Marvel Snap, and Tower of Fantasy, making this a nice variety with a card battler and first person shooter alongside massive live service RPGs.
The year has been full of excellent mobile games, and The Game Awards are here to celebrate them.
I think there is a good chance this will inspire the haters to counter vote against Diablo Immortal.
Alongside it’s massive revenue success and the nomination for the best mobile game at The Game Awards, Asus unveiled its ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition.
Asus started selling the ROG Phone 6 series with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 back in July before releasing a Dimensity 9000+ version in the ROG Phone 6D series in October. We later got a special themed ROG Phone 6 Batman Edition and now Asus is collaborating with Blizzard Entertainment on a Diablo Immortal Edition ROG Phone 6.

ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal comes in a special box that resembles the Horadic Cube, which should be familiar to fans of the series. Inside is a smaller red box shaped like a legendary in-game item - the Worldstone shard. There’s a special map scroll of the Sanctuary world as well as a King Fahir light torch. Buyers also get a limited edition Shield Blessing Aero Case bumper and a special Diablo emblem SIM ejector tool.

The Diablo Immortal ROG Phone 6 brings an exclusive Aura RGB logo with Diablo Immortal graphics and a Hellfire Red semi-matte finish on the back. Asus extended the customization to the software where you get an exclusive Diablo theme, icons, animations and sound effects. The phone comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 alongside 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition availability
ROG Phone 6 Diablo Immortal Edition will be available from, November 18 from the Asus Online store and partnering retailers. Pricing will be confirmed when pre-orders open.
