Pros
Soukaku has buff that grants 1000 flat Attack that can be transferred to the next character that switches in after using Fly the Flag normally or as a part of a chain skill.
Soukaku gives +20% Ice damage after consuming a full set of 3 Vortex charges to the entire team.
Soukaku buffs have high up time.
Soukaku can also be used as a non-Ice support too thanks to the +1000 flat Attack buff.
Cons
Requires high Attack to cap the +1000 flat Attack buff.
