Lumi Build or Pass?
Lumi is an F Tier Sub-Dps role Character that is primarily utilized as a Hybrid buffer character but can also be played as a dedicated DPS, although the total damage numbers will be lower than to a 5-Star character’s. If only she’d be as good as she looks.

Recommended Sonata Set for Lumi: Moonlit Clouds (5-pc)
2 set: Energy Regen +10%.
5 set: After using Outro Skill, increases the ATK of the next Resonator by 22.5% for 15s.
Recommended Main Echo for Lumi:
Impermanence Heron.

Lumi does not generate much resonance energy in her standard concerto rotation so she needs higher amounts of ER%.

Best F2P (free-to-play) and other team comps for Lumi in Wuthering Waves.
Lumi Coordinated Attack Team
The best team for Lumi revolves around maximizing the damage of the Resonance Skill of the main DPS. She gives a 38% bonus Resonance Skill DMG.
The best support for this team is going to be Shorekeeper, but if you do not have her use Verina or Baizhi instead.

Quick team Guide:
Open the fight with Shorekeeper to start charging her Resonance Liberation and Concerto Energy. Use her Resonance Liberation as soon as it is available.
Once the Concerto Energy is fully charged, switch into Lumi to cast her Intro Skill, upgrading the Stellarealm to its second stage and enhancing its buffs.
Use Lumi's optimal combo by switching between the two light modes, then continue the combo to charge her own Resonance Liberation or fill up Concerto Energy again.
If available use Lumi's Resonance Liberation. If the Concerty Energy becomes full first, swap to Changli with full Concerto Energy to get the Resonance Skill DMG buff and one stack for her Forte Gauge from Changli's Intro Skill. This will also upgrade Shorekeeper's Stellarealm even more.
Rotate through Changli's combos on-field, maxing out her Forte Gauge and using her Enhanced Heavy Attacks and Resonance Liberation whenever posssible.
Charge Concerto Energy to max while doing damage with Changli, then swap to the Shorekeeper when it is full to detonate the Stellarealm for a burst of damage.

Pros
Lumi has high mobility kit able and can deal damage while moving.
Lumi has powerful Resonance Skill Amplification Boost on outro to support the team.
Lumi has extra support buffs with unlocking more sequence nodes.
Lumi combines ranged and melee playstyles.
Cons
Lumi has long concerto rotation leading to higher field times than other hybrid/support resonators.
Lumi is energy-hungry resulting in a need for teammates that provide extra energy. She also needs a higher ER%.
How to Play Lumi
Lumi Combos
Below you can find the optimal rotations for Lumi. Achieving 100 Concerto as fast as possible is prioritized and once that condition is fulfilled, maximizing the damage output is next.
Lumi's rotation is simple, but longer for a hybrid character - to remedy this you can attempt to integrate swap cancel and swap backs in to make it shorter. Swap backs are harder to do and can compromise your rotation.

Echo: Use Lumi's Echo at the end of her rotation and perform a swap cancel to ensure you're gaining the best uptime for your incoming carry.

By getting duplicates of Lumi from pulling on her Banner, you will receive extra Wavebands.
Wavebands are an important item, as they allow you to unlock Resonance Chain levels, with each level either improving an existing Skill or passive ability.

After casting Energized Rebound, additionally recovers 60 STA within 3s.

Energized Pounce and Energized Rebound ignore 20% of the target's DEF.

The DMG of Resonance Liberation Squeakie Express is increased by 30%.
