While the Kaiser 3 checks most of the boxes, the only thing I find of slight annoyance is the tilt tension knob that is all the way under the chair. This will require you to hop off and back on every time you want to tighten or loosen the rocking sensitivity. Although this can be easily fixed with the left hand side lever that can lock or unlock the rocking mechanism.

If you prefer the chair to stay firm for certain tasks, simply lock the rocking mechanism using the left-hand lever; there’s no need for you to adjust it underneath every single time.

Another thing you might want to consider if you have pets, especially cats, you may want to opt for the fabric version to avoid claw marks on the leather.

The price point is fair for a premium chair, and while there are more budget-friendly options, the Kaiser 3 stands out with its added features and thoughtful design.
