If you are f2p (free to play) this Tier List will help you choose the best Characters in Zenless Zone Zero to future proof your account.
This Tier List is for all characters at Cinema 0 (duplicates), but having any dupes highly increases the character overall performance.
In this Tier List the Character ranks are OP-Tier, S-Tier, A-Tier, and F-Tier making OP overpowered, S the best, A great, and F, well I’d say worthless but there will always be someone who mains Billy just for the lol’s.

Best DPS Characters in Zenless Zone Zero.
Best Support Characters in Zenless Zone Zero.
Best Support/Debuffer/Stun etc Characters Zenless Zone Zero.

Ranking Methodology
AoE is King! Characters with AoE-Target damage are placed higher because the endgame content focuses on more than one target.
Altough characters with high Single Target DPS have also a slight bias as the current META has 1 or 2 Elites. (ex: Boss).

Total DPS with the best in slot build
AoE vs Single Target DPS per turn
Team comps and versatility (ex: Nicole, Jane Doe—multirole)

in OP-Tier we have Burnice, Ellen, Zhu Yuan, Jane Doe. Followed by Soldier 11, Grace and Piper in S-Tier, in B-Tier Anton, Billy and Nekomata and in F-Tier Corin.
Best Debuff Characters in ZZZ are:

in OP-Tier Qingyi, in S-Tier Lycaon, followed by Anby and Koleda in A-Tier. I don’t think any Agent in an F-Tier for now.

in OP-Tier we have only Caesar. Followed by Nicole, Lucy and Soukaku in S-Tier. Seth in A-Tier. Rina in B, and big Ben in F-Tier.
