1.1 Tier List for the best characters in Wuthering Waves in June 2024.
If you are f2p (free to play) this Tier List will help you choose the best Characters in Wuthering Waves to future proof your account.
This Tier List is for all characters at RC0 (resonance chain).
In this Tier List the Character ranks are OP, S, A, and B, F making OP overpowered, S the best, A great, and B acceptable and so on.

How and why I ranked them like so:
AoE is King! Characters with AoE-Target damage are placed higher because the endgame content focuses on more than one target.
Altough characters with high Single Target DPS have also a slight bias as the current META has 1 Elites. (ex: Boss)
Other stats taken in consideration:
- Total DPS with the best in slot build
- AoE vs Single Target DPS per turn
- Team comps and versatility (ex: Jianxin—multirole)
Best DPS Characters in Wuthering Waves
Best DPS Characters in Wuthering Waves are:
Jiyan and Yinlin, followed by Calcharo, Encore, Havoc Rover and Jianxin (dps build).
Best Sub-DPS Characters in Wuthering Waves
Best Sub-DPS Characters Wuthering Waves are:
Yinlin, Mortefi, Sanshua and Danjin.
Best Healer/Support Characters in Wuthering Waves
Best Healer/Support Characters Wuthering Waves are:
Verina, Jianxin (support build) and Baizhi.
