Summary:
1. New Characters and Weapons
2. Echoes:
New 1-Star, 3-Star and a 4-Star Boss Echo: Jue.
Increased Union EXP upon collecting Echoes and the Quality of Echoes from Dailies.
Increased max Data Bank level to 21 (100% 5star echoes).
Added Tuner Synthesis feature (5 purple can be converted for 1 gold tuner).
More regional echo puzzles.
Removed tacet field animation.
Reduced the amount of credits needed to level echoes.
3. Events:
New Depth of Illusive Realm cycle with up to 1000 Astrites in rewards.
New 7 day check-in event [Version 1.1 Special Check-In Event]
New 7 day Log in Gifts [Gifts of Celestial Light]
and 4 other Limited Events
4. New Area and Quests:
New layered area “Mt. Firmament”.
New Main Story and Quests.
New Bosses: Echo—Jue.
New Area Mechanics: Chronosorter, Skiing and more.
5. Quality of Life
Shop: Increased the purchase limit for pulls in the exchange shop from 6 to 7 each (Radiant, Lustrous and Forging Tides)

New: Tactical Hologram.
Check completed exploration quest in specific regions.
Increased range of Lootmapper.
Simplified Cruisewing challenge.
Other:
Added —resonator gallery and combat tags.
Added completed mission dialog checker.

Jinhsi is a 5-Star Limited Spectro Broadblade Character that will be available in Version 1.1. (28 June)

Changli is a 5-Star Limited Fusion Sword Character that will be available in Version 1.1 during the second Phase right after Jinhsi.

Ages of Harvest Limited 5-Star Broadblade. The Featured Weapon Convene for this item is expected to run alongside Jinhsi and her banner.

Beguiling Melody 3-Star Broadblade that will be given to players for completing the Version 1.1 Side Quest Dance Dance Chelonian!

Mt. Firmament is confirmed to be a brand-new Area available in Version 1.1 and it comes with:

New Mechanics: Chronosorter, Photonvault and Photon Barrier, Leap Device, Windchimers.
New Challenges:
Echo Challenge: Clang Bang.
Tactical Hologram: Ski.

Sentinel Jué
Sentinel Jué has been confirmed in the latest Version Preview to be a new—Boss and Echo, for players to fight and collect in Wuthering Waves version 1.1.
2. Tactical Hologram: Crownless
The Overlord-Class Tacet Discord, Crownless, is getting its own Tactical Hologram challenge in version 1.1.

Limited Time Events:
Gifts of Celestial Light
7-Day Log-In Event that rewards Players with a total of 5 Radiant Tides (premium pulls) and 5 Lustrous Tides (normal pulls).
Version 1.1 Special Check-In Event
Check-In Event which will reward players with 10 Radiant Tides (premium pulls), 10 Forging Tides (premium weapon pulls), and 10 Lustrous Tides (normal pulls).
Dreams Ablaze in Darkness
new Depths of Illusive Realm event with 1000 Astrite reward.
Tales From Mt. Firmament
New location exploration Event that unlocks at Union level 14.
Traces of Mt. Firmament
Another Mt. Firmament Event that unlocks after completing the new—Main Quest and Scale of Past Side Quest.
