In this Tier List the Character ranks are OP, S+, S, A, and B, F making OP overpowered, S the best, A great, and B acceptable and so on.

2.1 Character Tier List Honkai: Star Rail

How and why I ranked them like so:

AoE is King! Characters with AoE-Target damage are placed higher because the endgame content focuses on more than one target.

Altough characters with high Single Target DPS have also a slight bias as the current META has 2 Elites. (ex: Dr. Ratio)

Other stats taken in consideration:

- Total DPS with the best in slot build
- AoE vs Single Target DPS per turn
- Team comps and versatility

**Best DPS Characters in Honkai Star Rail**

Acheron, Jingliu, Kafka and D.H.I.L are the best DPS ranking in OP-Tier for version 2.1

**Best Support Characters Honkai Star Rail**

Ruan Mei and Sparkle are the best Supports ranking in OP-Tier for version 2.1

**Best Healer/Sustain/Tank Characters Honkai Star Rail**

Fu Xuan and HuoHuo are the best Sustains ranking in OP-Tier for version 2.1
