Event Warps - Characters and Light Cones Version 2.5

2.5 Event Warp: Phase 1

**Feixiao Limited Character & Kafka, Black Swan, Robin Re-Run**

4-Stars: Moze, Luka, and Asta

Phase 1 of the 2.5 Banners begins with the New Limited Character Feixiao. And for the first time ever, we’re getting a special triple rerun banner – featuring Robin, Black Swan, and Kafka. A bit greedy here if you ask me. Four 5-Stars in one go.

Anyways, Feixiao is a new 5-Star Wind, Hunt DPS character with a brand new Ultimates mechanic called — Flying Aureus. The team can accumulate Flying Aureus stacks when attacking. Additionally, after a teammate attacks, Feixiao can launch a follow-up attack on the target.

Version 2.5 Phase 1 Banners start on September 10 and last until October 2, 2024.

Skills

Here are Feixiao’s skills revealed during the 2.5 special program:

Skill	Name	Description
Basic	Boltsunder	Deals Wind DMG to a single enemy.
Skill	Waraxe	Deals Wind DMG to a single enemy and launches a Follow-Up attack at the same target right after.
Ultimate	Terrasplit	Consumes 6 points of “Flying Aureus” to activate. Deals Wind DMG to a single enemy. The Ultimate has two modes: in one you do more damage when the Toughness Bar on the enemy is present and in the other when it’s depleted. Each mode uses a different weapon.
Talent	Thunderhunt	Feixiao gains 1 point of “Flying Aureus” every certain number of attacks done by allies and she can activate her Ultimate once 6 points are reached. Max 12 stacks can be stored. After Feixiao’s teammates attack an enemy target, Feixiao immediately launches a follow-up attack against the primary target, dealing Wind DMG and increasing the damage dealt to the enemy.
Technique	Stormborn	After using Technique enters a special state. While in the stage, pulls in enemies within a certain range, and increases this unit’s movement speed. After entering battle, gains some points of “Flying Aureus.”

New 4-Star Character Honkai Star Rail 2.5 Patch Notes — **Moze New 4-Star Character**

Moze is a 4-Star Lightning, Hunt character coming alongside Feixiao in Phase 1 of the 2.5 Banner starting September 10 2024.

Moze’s is a DPS character that can mark enemies to allow teammates to deal Supplemental DMG on “Prey” (marked) enemies when attacking. Additionally, Moze can also deliver follow-up attacks after his Party attacks the “Prey” multiple times.

Skills

Here are Moze’s skills revealed during the 2.5 special program:

Basic	Hurlthorn	Deals Lightning DMG to a single enemy.
Skill	Fleetwinged Raid	Marks a designated single enemy target as the Prey and deals Lightning DMG to it (also Moze gains 9 points of Charge).
Ultimate	Dash In, Gash Out	Deals Lightning DMG to an enemy target, and launches a follow-up attack against this target.
Talent	Cascading Featherblade	Moze will enter the Departed state while a Prey exists on the field. After allies attack the Prey, Moze additionally deals Lightning DMG and consumes 1 Charge.
Technique	Bated Wings	After using his Technique, Moze gains Stealth. While Stealth is active, Moze cannot be detected by enemies. Increases the DMG Moze deals when he enters combat by attacking enemies while in Stealth mode.

2.5 Event Warp: Phase 2

Lingsha Limited Character and Topaz Numby Re-Run — **Lingsha Limited Character & Topaz Numby Re-Run**

4-Stars: Misha, Guinaifen, and Natasha

Phase 2 of the 2.5 Banner schedule begins with the New Limited Character Lingsha, and Topaz Numby for the returning 5-Star Character.

Lingsha is a new 5-Star Fire, Abundance hybrid Healer and Support character with follow-up attacks and debuffs. Additionally, Lingsha can also increase the Break DMG enemies sustain.

Version 2.5 Phase 2 Banners start on October 2 and last until October 22, 2024.

Skills

Here are Lingsha’s skills revealed during the 2.5 special program:

Basic	Votive Incense	Deals Fire DMG to a single enemy.
Skill	Smoke and Splendor	Deals Fire DMG to all enemies and restores HP for all allies.
Ultimate	Dripping Mistscape	Inflicts “Befog” on all enemies. While in “Befog,” targets receive increased Break DMG. Then, deals Fire DMG to all enemies and restores HP for all allies.
Talent	Mistdance Manifest	When using Skill, summons Fuyuan who lasts for a certain number of actions. If he’s already summoned, increase the number of his actions instead. When taking action, Fuyuan launches follow-up attack, dealing Fire DMG to all enemies. Then, dispels 1 debuff from all allies and restores their HP.
Technique	Wisps of Aurora	After using Technique, immediately summons Fuyuan at the start of the next battle and inflicts “Befog” on all enemies.

2.5 Light Cones

Version 2.5 Phase 1 Light Cone Banners

Phase 1 of Version 2.5 will feature Feixiao's I Venture Forth to Hunt Light Cone for the Brilliant Fixation. During Phase 1, a new type of rerun Light Cone banner called Coalesced Truths will be available.

You can choose one from Patience Is All You Need, Reforged Remembrance, and Flowing Nightglow to be the featured rerun Light Cone in this new rerun banner.

The 4-star Light Cones in both banners will include Good Night and Sleep Well, Fermata, and We Will Meet Again. Both banners will be available from September 09, 2024 until October 01, 2024.

Version 2.5 Phase 2 Light Cone Banners

The featured Light Cone for Phase 2 of Version 2.5 are Lingsha's Scent Alone Stays True in the Brilliant Fixation and the rerun Light Cone for Topaz Worrisome, Blissful in the Bygone Reminiscence.

Both banners will include Shared Feeling, Planetary Rendezvous, and the new 4-Star Light Cone, Shadowed by Night. Both banners are available from October 02, 2024 until October 22, 2024.

2.5 New Story, Locations, and Enemies

Finest Duel Under The Pristine Blue: Part II is the new Trailblaze Mission to be added in Version 2.5 .

Skysplitter is the new area to be added in Version 2.5 for The Xianzhou Luofu. The Skysplitter is a battleship where the venue for the Luminary Wardance tournament will be held in Honkai Star Rail 2.5

Echo of War: Inner Beast's Battlefield will be available during Version 2.5 where you fight one of the Generals of the Xianzhou Alliance, General Feixiao.

New Trace Upgrade materials for Moze and Lingsha are added as a reward — Auspice Sliver

Version 2.5 New Boss

Borisin Warhead: Hoolay is the new boss that will be added in Version 2.5. Prepare to fight the new boss in various activities such as Simulated Universe, MoC, Pure Fiction and others.

2.5 New Planar Ornaments and Upgrade Materials

The Wondrous Banan Amusement Park

2-Pc: Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 16%. When a target summoned by the wearer is on the field, CRIT DMG additionally increases by 32%.

and the Lushaka, the Sunken Seas

2-Pc: Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5%. If the wearer is not the first character in the team lineup, then increase the ATK of the first character in the team lineup by 12%.

These are the two new relics that will be coming in Version 2.5. These relics be obtained as usual in the Divergent Universe Planar Ornament Extraction mode.

2.5 Upgrade Materials

Honkai Star Rail 2.5 New Upgrade Materials

New upgrade materials and boss material will be available once Version 2.5 is released.

The Ascension Materials are Nail of the Beast Coffin for Lightning Characters and A Glass of the Besotted Era for Wind Characters.

All the new mats can be found in their Stagnant Shadows.

2.5 Divergent Universe Update

New Curios, Weighted Curios, Occurences, and Adventures can be found inside Divergent Universe.

Some of the existing Equations, Weighted Curios, and Blessings will also be tweaked for a better player experience.

An Adventure Arcade is also being added near the Divergent Universe Activation Device where you can re-play all the challenges in the Adventure Domain.

All Other 2.5 Optimizations and Updates

◆ New Pet “Tuskpir“ can be obtained by finishing the event, Luminary Wardance Ceremony. This Pet will follow you everywhere in the openworld.

◆ Casual and other difficulties will be added that can be selected before various fights.

Honkai Star Rail added difficulties in 2.5

◆ Stagnant Shadows and Calyx (Crimson) can now be ordered by period or Path. Stagnant Shadow stages can be ordered by material Type as well.

◆ Planar Ornament Extraction and Caverns of Corrosion stages can now be arranged based on which character the Trailblazer wishes to level. The recommended Planar Ornaments/Caverns of Corrosion of the character will be placed at the top.

◆ Traiblazers can now tap a corresponding stage's portrait icon to view what characters the materials involve and the recommended relics for which characters.

◆ Forgotten Hall, Pure Fiction, and Apocalyptic Shadow will now have a function where you can view Recommended Lineups based on recently active players. Players can use this to quickly deploy and copy the lineup to begin their challenges.
