Gallagher Kit (Honkai Star Rail):
Gallagher is the first “offensive“ 4-Star Fire character of The Abundance path who scales off attack and Break Effect and heals with his Skill, and by allies attacking enemies with his Buff on them. He also increases Break Effect, reduces enemes' attack, and takes an extra turn after using his Ultimate.
Basic Attack:
Normal - Deals Fire damage to a single enemy.
Enhanced (after using the Ultimate) - Single target DMG and ATK decrease de-buff.
Skill: Heals one ally flat HP.
Ultimate: inflicts Besotted debuff on all enemies for two turns and deals Fire DMG at the same time. Enhances his next Basic Attack to Nectar Blitz.
Talent (passive ability): Besotted enemies receive more Break DMG, and every time a Besotted target is attacked by an ally, the ally heals HP.
Technique (overworld ability): attacks all enemies and inflicting Besotted for 2 turns.
Bonus Trace 1: Increases Outgoing Healing by 50% of total Break Effect, maximum 75%.
Recommended: 150% Break Effect
Bonus Trace 2: Advances Gallagher's Action Forward by 100% after he uses his Ultimate.
Bonus Trace 3: When Gallagher uses enhanced Basic Attack on enemies with Besotted debuff, he heals all allies.

By getting duplicates of Gallagher from Warping on the Banner, you will receive Eidolons. This material allows you to unlock Eidolons levels, with each upgrade either improving an existing attack or passive ability.
Eidolon 1: Gain 20 energy when battle starts, and his Effect RES increases by 50%.
Eidolon 2: Skill removes one debuff from an ally and increases Effect RES by 30% for two turns.
Eidolon 3: Skill and Basic Attack Level Increases by two.
Eidolon E4: Increases the duration of Besotted debuff inflicted by Gallagher's Ultimate by 1 turn.
Eidolon 5: Ultimate and Talent Level Increases by two.
