At rank 1 these will provide 12 Combat Rating, 30 Resonance and a powerful effect. Increased Magic Find by 10% (unlocks at Rank 5). When ranking up they will gain +4 Combat Rating, increased Resonance and increased stats to their effect. At Rank 10 they will give 66 Combat Rating and 300 Resonance. These can be crafted from scratch using Runes, which can be found when doing Elder Rifts with Crests. Many of these gems have great effects and uses in many game modes. Ranking up 2 star gems is a great use of your resources.
