Midwinter Blight Rewards
Free cosmetics can be collected with the new event.
Once the Event is active, you can join by going to Kyovashad
Speak with the Bard Gileon in Midwinter Square. He will be the main Event NPC

Use this NPC throughout the event to participate in tasks.
Players can get up to 5 different back pieces, one for each class.
Not only that but you can also acquire Weapon Cosmetics during the event.

How to collect the new Cosmetics
There are three types of event materials:
Blighted Fragments
Lost heirlooms
Red-cloaked thropies
All the new event materials can be target farmed during the Purple Helltide.

Blighted Fragments drop by defeating Blightfiends
Exchange them for Midwinter Proofs at the Collections Table in the Midwinter Square.

Lost Heirlooms drop by defeating Frigid Husks.
Exchange them for Midwinter Proofs at the Collections Table in the Midwinter Square.

Drops Lost Heirlooms event material.
“Where to find Red Cloaked Trophies - Midwinter Blight material in Diablo 4?”
Red Cloaked Trophies drop by defeating Red-Cloaked Horror.
Exchange them for Midwinter Proofs at the Collections Table in the Midwinter Square.

Drops Red Cloaked Trophies event material.
Midwinter materials can be used to craft Midwinter proofs at the collection’s table in Midwinter Square.
Midwinter Proofs can be used to purchase limited-time event rewards from Gileon.
Converting materials into proofs will raise your Tribute Tier.
Each Tribute Tier Upgrade changes the visual of the Midwinter Square market and provides other rewards such as
items
gem fragmets
crafting materials
Gileon’s Brew (Event Elixir: Increases Life, Lucky Hit and Experience gained by 15%)
*note that: Gileon’s Brew can be used outside the event as well, so I recommend you stockpile and store a few for later.
“How to get the Shard of Dawn Legendary Aspect?”
With the new Event you can farm a Midwinter specific Offensive Aspect called the Shard of Dawn. This aspect increases your attack speed and movement speed for 12 seconds, and gives cooldown reduction upon killing enemies if empowered by Midwinter Ward.

“How long does it take to collect all the Midwinter Blight cosmetics skins and rewards?”
To collect everything that is available in the Christmas Event it takes around 8 hours. Depending on how active you farm the new purple Helltide you might be able to collect all the rewards even faster.
